South Central Archive LLC ("we," "us," "our") is an Arkansas limited liability company operating as a collectibles reseller at southcentralarchive.co. We sell comics, vinyl records, trading cards, sports cards, Pokémon TCG products, sneakers, Legos, video games, and related merchandise.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this site. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Product listings and pricing

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Final pricing — including applicable shipping — is shown at checkout before payment is collected.

We are an independent reseller. Unless explicitly stated in a product listing, we are not an authorized dealer or official partner of any brand, publisher, or manufacturer. References to brand names (e.g., Pokémon, Marvel, Panini) are used solely to identify the products being sold.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards and any payment methods available at checkout.

5. Condition and grading

All product conditions are described in the individual listing. We use standard industry grading terminology (Raw, NM, VF, FN, etc.). Condition is subjective — if you have questions about a specific item's condition, contact us before purchasing.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, and branding — is the property of South Central Archive LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any site content without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

South Central Archive LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific item in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these terms or a transaction shall be resolved in the courts of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
