Refund policy

At South Central Archive LLC, we stand behind every item we sell. This policy outlines your rights and options if something isn't right with your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unaltered, ungraded, and with original packaging where applicable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.

To initiate a return, email us at support@southcentralarchive.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in a condition different from what was shipped.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sealed wax products (trading card boxes, cases, packs) that have been opened
Items explicitly listed as "final sale" in the product listing
Digital downloads
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
