Shipping policy

Effective date: May 1, 2025

South Central Archive LLC ships from Conway, Arkansas. We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Standard (USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days
• Media Mail (eligible items only — books, vinyl, comics): 4–14 business days
• Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (select items)

All shipping costs are displayed before you complete checkout. No hidden fees are added after purchase.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Use it at usps.com or the carrier's website to follow your package in real time.

Packaging

All items are packed to prevent damage in transit. Comics ship in protective bags and boards inside rigid mailers. Vinyl records ship in record mailers. Trading cards ship in toploaders or team bags with cardboard backing. Fragile or high-value items are bubble-wrapped.

Delivery issues

If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact your local post office and then reach out to us at support@southcentralarchive.co. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. South Central Archive LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the item ships.
